The Gibson ES-335 DOT has one of the all-time classic guitar designs. The ES335 brought hollowbody tradition and solidbody performance together in 1958. It has a Curly Maple/Poplar/Maple laminate on the top, back, and rims, which are joined with a single solid maple center block. A mahogany neck with bound rosewood fingerboard. Two '57 Classic humbuckers translate the body's natural resonance into haunting jazz tones or searing distorted leads. The 1960s slim taper neck profile is very fast and comfortable while the bound top and back, plus Grover tuners, nickel hardware, and Pearloid Dot inlays make this guitar a comfort to play and watch. Today’s Gibson ES335 continues to provide the tone and the look that inspires musicians in blues, rock and jazz. Includes Gibson hardshell case.
